All items are dispatched with a tracked service. You will receive a tracking number on the day of postage, which will allow You to monitor the progress of the parcel. It is the buyer's responsibility to be in and to accept the package as most will require a signature. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide us with any instructions regarding a safe place or delivery to a neighbour. If such instructions are present and the package shows as delivered, we will not be liable for any loss.

If You do not get Your parcel by the estimated time, it is Your responsibility to contact us as soon as possible within reasonable time. It is crucial that You do not delay, as we won't be able to resolve issues if we are contacted more than 14 days after the estimated delivery time. Once again, we will provide You with a tracking number to help You keep track of Your parcel. Please use it.

Most items are dispatched the same day if ordered before 10AM*.
If You order on Friday after 10AM, Your order will be dispatched the following working day.

We do not dispatch items on bank holidays.

* Excluding large or bulky items (CRT monitors, job lots, computer base units) and items requiring assembly or made to order.

Returns

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, different product, or a refund to the original payment method. The buyer needs to cover the return postage. For faulty items, this will be refunded upon confirmation and inspection when received by us. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the refunded return postage cost is capped at £10. You must obtain a receipt showing how much You paid, without this we won't be able to process Your reimbursement. All returns must be accompanied by a valid RMA number, which You will get from us, when You contact us about returning an item. Items sent without an RMA number, or without prior contact with us, will not be processed.

If Your item arrives damaged, it is absolutely crucial to obtain photo evidence of the package and contents. In such cases it is imperative that You DO NOT discard the original packing as You will most likely need to send it back to us together with the item.

Please note there are some exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Below are some examples of common exceptions: 

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must be in the same condition as received, if there was an original box it has to come back in the box, if it was sealed it has to come back sealed.
  • If it was made to order, it can not be returned.
  • Any items sold as faulty, for parts, untested or otherwise indicated non-returnable are not subject to return. This will be clearly stated in the items description.
  • "New old stock" items are excluded from returns due to the fact that we do not test them if they are sealed and are of considerable age.

All of the above does not affect Your statutory rights. If an item You buy is not as described or obviously faulty, please contact us, and we will make sure the problem is rectified to Your satisfaction.
